1. Field size: 22 yds x 31 yds. 

2. No street shoes will be allowed on any of the athletic training areas.

3. Only the Participants and coaches will be allowed on the turf. A liability waiver is required  for all participants. 

4. No Cleats may be worn at this time. Participants MUST store their bags and other items in a cubby by the second player entry hallway.

5. All liquids MUST on the off-Turf area and not directly on the playing surface.

6. Parents may observe from behind the glass or in an area designated for viewing.

 

• Ball size 4 Futsal Ball.  

• ​Players Must be dressed properly for the game

  • ​Turf Flats, shin guards, and soccer socks (completely covering the shin guards). o Please no Jewelry

  • No hard plastic or metal hair accessories (bows, clips, head bands, etc.).

•   Number of Players 

  • ​ Format is 4v4 with NO GOALKEEPER.  

  • ​Minimum players on field is 3 

  • Maximum rostered players is 8. (No guest players. Everyone MUST be registered and have a signed waiver) 

  • Players must be allowed to play a minimum of 50% of each game.  (Exceptions include injury, illness, unwillingness to play, or disciplinary reasons.)  ▪  ∙

 

• Games durations:

  • (4) 10 minute quarters 

  • 1 min break between 1st and 2nd quarter; 1 min break between 3rd and 4th quarters o 4 min break at halftime (Please stick to the time. We have other activities expected to be on the turf at the end of the league.

  • Coaches will act as officials in a non biased manner

• Start of Play:

  • Team listed first will start the match with the kickoff.  

  • Ball must move in any direction.  

  • Kicker may not kick the ball a second time until another player touches the ball.  

  • Opponents must be 4 yards from the center mark. 

  • No official score will be recorded. (The Clock is strictly used for the time)

  • There is no offside. We will discourage "goal-hanging" or “Puppy Guarding”. 

  • Fouls and Misconducts Conform to FIFA  

    • Exception: all infractions will be explained to the offending player 

    • All free kicks are in-direct and the opponent shall remain 4 yards from the ball. (Modified rule)There shall be no penalty kicks.  

    • Attacking players must stay out of the goal box (violation is: no goal, an indirect kick is given from the goal line to the defending team.

 

• Ball In and Out of Play: 

  • Ball must be 100% (completely) over line to be out. 

  • Kick-In: Balls out of bounds are put into play by the opposing team at the point on the  touchline where the ball was kicked out of bounds. No intentional wall play will be allowed.

  • Goal Kick: Goal kick is taken by the defending team from any point on the goal line. Opponents  must be 4 yards from the midfield line away from the ball.
